Allie Melnick
Operations and Member Insights, Acquisition, & Retention
Leveraging over 15 years of experience driving growth for CPG and DTC disruptor brands, Allie Melnick provides strategic direction on the Executive Council. Allie has spent the last 10 years as an executive and DTC brand & business builder at Harry’s Inc. Her roles include CEO for Cat Person, a premium, direct-to-consumer pet company, Co-founder & GM responsible for building and scaling Flamingo, an omni-channel female body care brand, as well as leading international expansion for Harry’s. Allie couples her expertise in insights, brand strategy, and DTC growth with a passion for developing strong, mission-driven brands. Allie was a former Consultant & Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group and holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Katy Marshall
Marketing and Community
Katy Marshall is an experienced go-to-market leader with deep experience driving growth for leading healthcare and consumer brands. As Chief Marketing Officer at metabolic health startup Calibrate, she built the marketing team from the ground up, helping raise $125M+ in funding. Katy has launched and scaled multiple brands, taking them from pre-seed stage through significant funding rounds and market expansion. With past roles spanning Fortune 100 corporations and high-growth startups, she brings a strategic perspective on brand building, performance marketing, and unlocking company value. An analytical and creative leader, Katy is dedicated to building differentiated brands that make a true impact on people’s lives. Katy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from Columbia University.
Ayo Jimoh
Technology and Information
Bringing over 15 years of experience in software engineering, product design, and IT security, Ayo Jimoh provides technical guidance and leadership as an executive council member. Having served as Chief Technology Officer for Visibly, the world’s first FDA cleared online vision test, and VP of Product and Consumer Experience for Fetch Rewards, a multi-billion dollar consumer rewards tech company, Ayo offers a strategic perspective on building seamless digital experiences and products. With a management science degree from Stanford, he couples his strong technical expertise with a passion for developing teams and bridging the gap between technology and business goals.
Robert Roth, MD
With over 40 years as an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Robert Roth lends his expertise in cardiovascular disease management and treatment to the clinical advisory board. Previously serving as Lead Physician for Columbia-St. Mary’s Cardiovascular Specialists, he directed a comprehensive cardiology program across two hospitals, providing strategic guidance on complex cardiac cases. His extensive experience performing invasive cardiac procedures and managing chronic conditions directs Corr’s evidence-based approaches to improve cardiovascular outcomes.
Kelly Ayala, DNP
With over 20 years of experience in nursing, Kelly Ayala lends her clinical expertise to the advisory board to enhance patient care and outcomes. She leverages her experience in the healthtech startup pace by providing guidance at the intersection of clinical care, product development, and growth. Kelly’s passion for innovating nurse-inspired solutions and commitment to amplifying nursing work informs Corr’s clinical strategy and helps shape our patient-centered vision

Corr is covered by insurance for eligible patients. All Corr patients receive a custom Proactive Health Plan, blood pressure cuff, sleep tracker mat, and scale for at-home tracking, and a Corr Coach for weekly or more frequent check-ins.
