Corr is The Heart Health Company

We are a team of cardiologists, nurses, and coaches that help you improve your heart health through custom care plans, easy-to-use devices for at-home tracking, and dedicated coaching.

It’s a new, more personal model in healthcare — designed to help you flourish.

You are the Hero. Corr is the Guide.

The Corr program is simple, but powerful. We guide you through four steps as you progress along your journey.

Our clinical team will work with you to create your Heart Health Plan, a custom set of habits and goals that’s achievable for your lifestyle.

You will be paired with your own Corr Coach to help set goals, track progress, and respond to the inevitable bumps along the road. Corr Coaches provide weekly – or more – guidance and support, and are always just a phone call or text away.

As you progress, you will learn about your body. The more you practice tracking your health, the easier it gets! The best part: reporting results is instant. All numbers are automatically sent to your care team.

The path may not always unfold as expected. But as we progress, we’ll adjust. And we’ll always be there to support you – even when the road is bumpy.

Small changes correlate to big wins.

Imagine being able to walk to your mailbox multiple times without getting out of breath.

Imagine sleeping soundly and waking up rested and energized for the day ahead.

Imagine feeling fully supported by a health coach, who works with you on a regular basis to set, track, and reach your goals.

Corr can help you achieve all of this, and more. Our custom support is what makes Corr different from other healthcare models.
